Nothing to Sniff At is the controller for the information collected on this site. If you have any questions about your data, email us at hi@nothingtosniffat.co.uk.

We collect the name, email address, and dog breed you give us through our early-access signup form. We use this information only to notify you when Nothing to Sniff At launches and to understand who’s interested in what we’re building. We only collect it because you’ve chosen to give it to us — submitting the form is you giving us your consent to hold and use it for exactly that purpose.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with third parties. Signups are stored and processed through Netlify, who host this site and handle the form on our behalf. If we bring on a dedicated email tool to send the launch announcement, we’ll update this policy to name it.

We’ll keep your details until we launch, or until you ask us to remove them — whichever comes first. You can withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hi@nothingtosniffat.co.uk. If you’re ever unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

As we move from “in development” to launched, this policy will grow with us — we’ll always keep it in plain language, here.
